Celery and Carrots (but delish)

INGREDIENTS:



1/2 tsp MINCED GARLIC
1 tsp OLIVE OIL
1 tbs WATER
1/2 tbs TERIYAKI SAUCE
1/2 tbs WORCESTER SAUCE
1/2 tsp SUGAR
(just over) 2 cups chopped CELERY AND CARROTS

COOK:
In a nonstick pan slap in the OIL and GARLIC.
Cook for a minute or two.



Add WATER, SUGAR, TERIYAKI and WORCESTER. Cook until it bubbles.


Then add the CELERY AND CARROTS. Cook until tender, but not soggy.


It's about 15 minutes, you know it's good and done when you can do this and not see a ton of juices on the bottom of the pan.


I cover mine with cheese.
