Rice and Veggies (Actually good!)

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of rice
2 cups of water
teriyaki sauce
celery, 2 stalks
carrots, 2
onion, 1/2
2 tbs olive oil


COOK IT:
Bring water to boil for the rice. Add butter and salt if you'd like. Add rice, boil for 5 minutes, then cover and let simmer for 20, plucking rice occasionally with fork. When done, remove pan from heat.

Cut onion. Add diced onion to a pan (on low) with olive oil.
Dice celery. Then add celery to the pan.
Shred and dice carrots. Then add carrots to the pan.

Stir and add some teriyaki sauce. If you like it, add a lot. If you don't like it, then don't add so much. (Also is now a great time to add other spices. If you want. Or don't. Or add them earlier. Don't make this such a big deal. Just calm down.)

Now add in the cooked rice. Mix it up!
